EPA Rescinds Finding That Greenhouse Gas Emissions Harm Human Health, Hobbling U.S. Climate Action

On July 29, EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin announced a proposed overturn of the endangerment finding. Such a repeal would not only block EPA’s ability to address climate pollution but would also accelerate harmful emissions at a time of growing climate-related health crises.
